LOTTE City Hotel Myeongdong

Getting around was incredibly easy thanks to the hotel’s great location—both the bus and subway were just a short walk away, making it simple to explore the city. Myeong-dong Street, with its endless options for food, shopping, bars, and nightlife, was right around the corner and full of energy day and night. Even getting to and from the airport was hassle-free—we were able to walk to the airport limousine bus stop nearby, which was convenient and budget-friendly.

Location excellent, just under 10 mins walk to Myeongdong shopping street, few steps away from bus stop and train station . Room clean and quite spacious, bed comfortable and they have laundry facilities; coin operated washing machine and dryer. The staff were the best staff I have ever met. They were friendly, always smiling and went out of their way to help us . They helped us to catch a cab to airport, helped us to find a local english speaking dentist. They also kept our luggage when we checked out for few days. Nathan (hope I read the name tag right) helped to apply first aid on my son who hurt his thumb. All the attention to details made us feel welcome and made our stay in Seoul a very enjoyable and memorable one. I am definitely going to stay at Lotte Hotel next time I come to Seoul and would recommend anyone to do so.

Great location, tidy, clean and as described. V close to metro station, shops, food outlets of all types.

Lotte City Hotel was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I checked in, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and impeccable service. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Seoul, making it incredibly convenient to explore top attractions like Myeongdong shopping street, Gwangjang Market, and Gyeongbokgung Palace — all either within walking distance or a quick subway ride away. The room was modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with stunning views of the city skyline. I appreciated the small touches — a comfortable bed, high-quality linens. The complimentary bottled water and in-room amenities were a nice bonus. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was excellent, offering a great mix of Korean and Western options with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The facilities, including the fitness center and self-service laundry, were well-maintained and incredibly useful for longer stays. Overall, Lotte City Hotel Myeongdong combines top-notch comfort, convenience, and service at a great value. I would highly recommend it to both business and leisure travelers, and I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Seoul.
